Saje gatal nak tepek n share resepi yang selalu masak untuk anak. Sekarang ni ntah nape makin cerewet lak bab makan ni. Kadang2 langsung taknak makan. Ok lah ni la cara nak memasak bubur ikan tenggiri ni .
Ingredients :

A
3 oz of brown rice / polished rice ( cook until soft )

B
300 g of tenggiri ( steam to soft, remove all bones )

C
10 anchovies ( wash properly to remove salt and dirts, mashed )
10 spinach leaves
2 oz of carrots
3 oz of broccoli

D
2 tbs of sunflower oil
1 piece of cinnamon
1 piece of star annise
3 pieces of curry leaves
1 onion ( chopped )

How to cook

  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Stir-fry the cinnamon, star annise, curry leaves and chopped onion until fragrant.
  3. Put in the soft rice ( porridge ) and stir for a while.
  4. Add in the mashed anchovies and stir.
  5. Add in the tenggiri fish.
  6. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes, then add broccoli and spinach.
  7. Wait for another 5 minutes or until cook.
  8. Now the porridge is ready to serve.
  9. Do not forget to remove the dry herbs ( cinnamon, star annise and curry leaves ) before serving.

Note :

  • This recipe is suitable for baby from 9 month old upwards.
  • For younger baby, you may need to blend the porridge to get the desire consistency before serving it.
  • Never add salt and sugar. The dried herbs produce delicious taste and aroma to this porridge.
